It was brutal, we were off by 12:00. Brandon tuffed it out as long as he could, but he said enough was enough after I hit the deck.

Mr. fishcado, see if I had two transducers I would mount it on the trolling motor. Most of your time is spent on the front and the blur is only temporary. To late for me though I already drilled holes into the transom.

Thanks guys, the MAC tool truck came buy yesterday. I bought this strap wrench for $23.00 capable of 2000# of torque. Unfortunately the post base is already tore up so I'll just have to sand it all down and wait until the next time it gets stuck to try out my new strap wrench.

Re: Trailer Bunk Recarpet
I've seen the bunks you are talking about Phil. It's seemed pretty good the only problem with that is you woudnt be able to unclip the boat until you got all the way down the ramp. I was at a launch ramp one time (long beach I think golden shores) and saw the bunks you are referring to, the guy had ...

Re: Trailer Bunk Recarpet
I don't know about that, just paint the wood. Think about about this. 3500# towing 100 miles would you want to have it resting on painted wood or have a little bit of cushion from the carpet. Repeated road bounce on bare wood will inevitably cause marring to a fiberglass surface. I used to carry a l...

SEAT POST
It seems like my seat post is getting harder and harder to remove. This time i had to use a pair of channel lock pliers to loosen it. The post is all gouged now. Do any of you guys have any suggestions on what works for you instead of marring the seat post itself?
Thanks
Steve
