I can say with conviction that spotted bass indeed are in Pardee, and they have been for longer than most people want to believe. I can also say with certainty that many of those big smallmouth indeed are hybrids. The argument for their absence was that those that have fished the lake for many years...

....in other words, dont worry about it. There is no inspection, just pay your $10 bucks, hope your bracelets dont blow off, and you are good to go. Think of it more in terms of a launch fee, because it sure as heck isnt an inspection.

It doesnt hurt a big fish if you hold it only by the jaw and let it hang completely vertical (tail down). The problem comes when you really twist your hand under the jaw and use that as leverage to raise the tail upward. Hope that makes sense.

Just a quick response. Put your battery in a battery box. It took me years of wondering why my fishing clothes had little holes in them all the time before I figured it out. It was the battery acid, and minute as it was, being blown on me by the wind.
