Re: Clearing out my backup rods and reels...
I dont know the revos which is to say I haven't used one yet. Would that be in the class of the curados? I have upgraded to the curados on SOME of my rods and now HATE my other reels! go ahead and laugh. Now that you've had your laugh, if so I'd be interested in them.

Re: All Boat Owners Please Read Trailer Spare Issue
So I am currently in the market for a new boat again but I know the trailer aid system is an awesome addition to any boat setup. The added suggestion I have is not rocket science but as I recall those are hollow inside. Get the tools you need for the tire change, put them in the cavity of the traile...

Re: How do you keep your batteries charged with no outlets?
The stealth charger system sounds interesting I personally have never seen one in action though. I suggest you get an extra set of batteries AND put a solar system on your storage roof to plug in your boat for maintenance between use. I dont think that would be reliably charged when you show up but ...

How would I go about getting a look at this boat or even better taking it for a test run? Thanks.
Re: Batteries
Wow that spiraled into a lesson/advice column. Thanks to all for the info I will check all the options out and make a decision, more than likely with a strong lean toward price. When I get my own boat again I will be keeping all of this info in mind so thanks again for the tips.
Batteries
K Here we go. I'm sure this has gone the rounds before but I'm not up to speed on it. I need to replace the batteries in our bass boat, 2 trolling, 1 starting, which are the best and which are the best value? I don't own this boat and so far its been running on walmart everstarts. While those batter...

Unfortunately I have to admit that we usually stop at the cheapest place and get fuel but I must also admit that when I have put the "chevron, Shell etc." fuels in the boat it did run better as far as smoother idle and better cruising speed/ response on take off. With fuel prices where the...
