Does anyone have the results with payout??

Used to catch these off of the Rio Vista pier back in the late 70's. Always wondered why no one catches them now.. Must have been a drought back then.

The selling point for all of the specialty events was the top 25 got to fish for a Truck! So a lot of guys spent $$ time and effort to do that. I'm sure they were stoked to get in only to find out now they are letting ANYONE in. Even if you have never fished a FPT event. Including locals & guide...

Yeah, put a new Pro xs on a 97' 488vs and the transom fell off. Wouldn't advise it

I think it’s a great idea. You are 100 times more likely to get thrown out of a bass boat then you are of being in one that flips. Even if it flips, they have quick release belts. Just like in race cars.

I have a 488vs (1997) in awesome condition (other then cracked transom) NO MOTOR. Rigged with Mercury controls. Transom has cracks that need to be fixed. Other then that it's a complete boat tournament ready or would make a great pond boat. Everything new in the last 5 years including the Gelcoat on...
