We (Modesto AmBassAdors) have a basic but what we feel is a very fair system. 5 Points for attending outing 1st - 50 2nd - 49 3rd - 48 4th - 47 and so on, and so on The catch is you MUST catch a fish to place, if you don't then you only receive your 5 points for attending outing. I always found that if it is blowing hard on one side it isn't on the other side. The thing is you have to trust it and run to the other side. Most of the time it changes about half way accross the lake. Good luck

I have one on my pontoon, and it seems to work good. The only thing is I have only used it on the Delta and I am not sure that you really even need one there.

A buddy and I installed a kit on my 85 Ranger/175 Mercury. It took us a couple, three hours but I was able to save about $500-600. It is like night and day, especially on an old boat like mine. Good Luck

Just wondering what the status of Ladd's is these days. I have heard about ten different stories. Its going to be closed for renovation, it is already closed, it is going to be closed for large tournaments but not club events, etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The Modesto Bee reported it as the San Juaqiun (sp) County Sherif's Department in Mondays issue. There could have been other agencies in other areas doing the same kind of enforcement.

Did anybody else read article on the Delta DUI arrests? Looks like they made 29 of them on the water as of this morning. I myself am VERY glad to see it. Maybe these folks will get the hint before they end up killing someone or themselves.
