Re: Anybody wanna fish this weekend?
Whats wrong with asking a guy to go fish and letting them know up front what you need to go? If you like it and you want to, then go and if you don't, then don't. Doesn't seem like any reason to be such a smarta** and then PM the guy to take you? Am I reading this thread wrong, is this a prank or i...

So Daniel, you want someone to pay for the launch, split gas, take you to their water, show you how to punch and throw a frog and provide all these services and not complain about anything.

I have all of my service done by Greg at C&C Marine, and I feel like I have been done right and treated fairly.
Buy my oil, fuel additives and any other Merc / Ranger supplies there, and have never had a bad experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend C&C for any service.

They are trying to increase the ethanol threshold from 10% to 15% ...... which is just going to create more problems for outboards, even if you run ethanol offsetting additives in your fuel.

Don't buy your line in 200 yard spools. Buy your line in 600 to 1000 yard spools then you are only taking a hit on the very last time you use the spool. You can also use 20-30 yards of backing on your reels, then you save that much line every time you replace line on that reel.
