Was just up there last weekend. Saw good launch sites at County Park, The ramp down by Clear Lake Oaks, Konocti Resort & Spa. Water level is down and only came up about a foot from that big storm.

Three years ago I bought Cabelas Signature series Parka and Bibs. These are great, been in all day down pours, running 50 mph in down pours, and out in 25-30 degree weather. Dry and warm. If you are ever in or near Paso Robles you should make a stop at Jim's Pro Bass Tackle in Paso Robles. Jim's is less then 30min. from Lake Nacimiento and San Antonio lake.

I have to admit though, it is nice to have Tackle Warehouse in between my house and work.

Personally, I don't think it is that they are not considered equal or anything like that....I think that there just aren't enough out there competeing. Can you imagine the numbers if there were more women entering our west coast tournaments? Seems like a pretty big (untouched) market to me....
