It sounds like your problem is launching, not when pulling it out. If it is a problem with the fronts sliding a different tire probably will not help much. As a few others have mentioned put in neutral and coast down, using drive to slow you down further WILL NOT hurt your transmission at idle speed...

Color sanding and/ or buffing is the only way to remove them. Gel coat is much thicker and harder than automotive paint. Try buffing first, if that does not do it I will be glad to walk you through the color sanding steps. I use the products at this site for maintenance.
