They are worried about the levees with the high water and Victoria has wake and surf boats destroying them all time but with the water up higher than usual they are concerned about the structure of the Delta system. In 2009, Mike Iljin caught an 12.76lb Northern Largemouth from Lake Pyramid, at the top of the Grapevine in SoCal.

I think, no matter who is in charge, climate change and global warming are real, and, unless we address them here in NorCal, we will lose the Delta.

How about hiring Big Oil to pump water from the Mississippi to Lake Powell, as long as we don't let the control the water itself. They found a way to pump oil across Alaska, back in the '70s.
