My lower unit took a hit. Looks like the skeg, prop, bottom of the hull and maybe even the steering ram all messed up. Won't know for sure till the insurance guy looks it over. Warning stay out of 14 mile slough, totally choked with hyacinth so you can't see anything in your way. Lucky I was going ...

I have read this is a common problem with that Series. You will probably get your best answer directly through Lowrance. You just made my decision for me. Is this a problem in the north Delta also? The Elites have to be taking a hard look at this. Most of them will want to run south anyway, so it will be a factor. Sad situation.

I've become cynical about the whole voting process. It really doesn't matter what the people want, some judge will come along and do it the way he/she wants it. I still vote, but sometimes I wonder why.

I know this is politically sensitive, but I think the Obama gov't shutdown last year was a trial run for exactly this kind of thing. And the way we, as American's, responded is scarey. I've got an i Pilot on my boat and I absolutely love it. Like the man said, you can point it, hit a button, and it will track in that direction until you change it. The "spot lock" mode is great but it does allow some drift. Only about 10 feet or so, but it is not like a physical anchor (n...

Actually, your rods WOULD NOT be covered under the warranty as they were not broken under normal fishing conditions, and the breakage was not due to manufacture defects. HINT HINT! In my case, a friend stepped on the rod and snapped 8 - 10" off the tip. I explained this and they still covered ...
