Re: Konocti Closing (south lake tahoe)

I worked there the summer of '68 and was told then that 90% of the people were on some sort of public assistance for 3/4 of the year. The area thrived by walnuts, pears, and tourists. So, when summer went so did the money. Back then it was just a way of life. They made enough to survive. Now with th...

So what about the difference between painted or unpainted? Does it matter? I 've always used painted tungsten cause I thought the finish was too shiney.

What I found to be the best added item was a tool box with various screws and nuts, electrical wire, tie wire, ty-wraps, duct tape, tools including metric wrenches and spark plug wrench, fuses, and electrical tape. This saved my butt a couple of times.

My Hot Foot Throttle started sticking, it slowly returns, but way too slow. I have to pull it back, but it used to return on its own. Lake Records? 2 Questions

1st. So, is there anywhere the record size bass (or any fish for that matter) for each lake is listed?

2nd. So, if you got lucky how would you verify the catch? Who would have certified scales, and would they let you bring in a fish to weigh?
