Bassin, you may want to read the facts from today's Union Tribune with the latest quotes from those there, etc.. I think you wlll see where they 'legally entered' the lake ahead of the folks in line with a clever move. By claiming otherwise, especially without facts/proof, you can be sued for libel....

four strokes, do thay all qualify as acceptable for DVL?

I getting a boat and trailer tonight with an older four stroke, a 1994 Honda 25hp. Do they allow all four stokes on DVL, as that is the reason I want it.

It's on a 14' Valco aluminum boat and he says it hits 35 mph, a lot faster than my old 18 hp two stroke evinrude.

So you turned the steering wheel to the left? That would cause the engine to ride into the shore and he had to move further away so it would not hit the shallows, etc., right? Sounds like a good way to allow someone on my boat to have a better chance too. I usually just point it straight.
