It depends on availability. As of right now we have several rods on backorder because new models are being released this week at ICAST. Once the new models are in stock we will ship the replacements.

The Curado handle is about $50. The Citica handle sells for around $16.

Yes you can change the handle and use one from the Citica or Curado.

Exchange it through the dealer where it was purchased. This will be the fastest way to take care of it.

The 100 size handle is shorter in length when compared to the 2500 handle. It will fit but it will feel odd because of the shorter length. There is no way to just change the paddle on this handle unfortunately.

I agree with Dan. I use the Curado 200E7 for my pitching/flipping duties.

We are out of good used drag knobs as well. We have been sending them out once we have a few to help customers out.

What model Citica do you have? B, D, E? You can change the gears. The parts will cost you around $20-25 with everything you need to do the conversion.

Remove the cap and flip the shim over. There will be a dimple in on the shim from use. Just flip it over and it will work like new.

We need the entire rod back to see where it broke and why. You can cut the rod in half to avoid oversize shipping charges.

We do not offer any left hand 5:1 reels that share tooling with the Core. So you are stuck with 6.2:1 or 7:1 options.

I have never seen the spool shaft bend on any of our low profile reels unless it has been dropped. Did something happen or was it just all of a sudden?

If you are locking it down then it is no longer a drag system. The drag is there to let the line slip slightly and prevent premature wear or failure to other components in the reel. The 400 is a non disengaging level wind. The 300 has a disengaging design.

Yes this rod will be fine for 1/2 ounce jigs and swim jigs. It is the rod I use for both of these applications.

This is a good all around rod. If you want something lighter then look at the CRCC70M. The MH will work with baits from a little under 3/8-1 ounce.

It is possible but the parts are no longer available through us. Check with Southwestern Parts & Service located in Dallas, TX. They purchased everything we had left for the Curado B model reels.

I doubt we will add a 6.2:1. You can use the gear set from the Citica 200E to change the gear ratio.

Yes you can swap handles on the Caenan with ones from the Curado E or Chronarch D.

Why not just buy the normal Calcutta TE 400? They are exactly the same besides the appearance and the handle, and it will come with the double handle.

The 100DSV spool is lighter. It's probably not light enough to notice a difference.
