But generally the bass there aren't very large, but there are some..I have never seen a bot in there, but I have seen bellyboats and such being used..

Good question
Ask a bunch of Ranger owners, and they will say it makes a big difference..In reality the boat is nothing more than a mobile platform to fish from..Some may get you to a particular spot quicker than others, but you da man dat gotta catch the fish..

No doubt
The motor is the most expensive single item on a rig..Generally on the newer models roughly 50% of the value is the motor..It can range a little greater or a little less than that depending on the motor and motor size..

For sure with a catch like that one..The biggest I ever saw was 56#..It was pulled out of its nest by a neighboir of mine when I was a kid..I still can't believe he caught is just using hands and feeling arond holes in rocks on the Brazos River..The man had more nerve than I will ever have..

Book on structure fishing and found it very informative..His is the authorative word on understanding a body of water, it structure, cover and so forth..In a sense he was ahead of his time in understanding and taking advantage of everything in the water to find and catch bass..

I live right here in San Jose and have virtually nothing to do most of the time, so if you ever want a backseat for any of the local lakes or the Delta, just let me know and maybe we can work something out..Got the time, just need the ride..

I was also thinking that a good Top Water just might be the ticket..I kinda included it in my noisier selection..No matter what you use, it really needs to get their attention..Make it easier to find and they will come to you..

That is a normal occurence
That in all honesty need never happen..I know that it takes me and my partner 16 or 20 minutes to get the boat loaded and organized and ready to go..How many boats could be launched during that period of time..You would think the operators of the launch ramp would make sure this does not happen..

BPS carries a ton of items not regularly carried by our smaller local bait and tackle shops..I think a lot of people will shop there if one is handy just for that reason..I don't think you will see a huge decrease in the customer base for the smaller local shops, except for maybe the ones in which e...

Mistaken is in New York..Chances are that you really weren't that far from that area..I know the lake is large, but heck, it is just a boat ride away..Dunkirk is where they hold a big North-eastern Rally about this time of the year..

Did you fish around the Dunkirk area..The fishery in Erie is awesome..Just a few years ago it was rapidly becoming a dead lake..Obviously some big changes have occured..

Contrary to popular belief
Flouro does stretch, although very little in comparison to the typical mono..I prefer Yozuri co-polymer..Not much stretch, but most of the attributes of flouro, with the castability of mono..Also fo mono, I have been using a lot of Maxima, it stretches, but not like some of the others..
