Looks like your map drawing is off and not the GPS. Your known accuracy is 'within 20 feet'.
Maybe look for a different brand chart for your area.

Re: Transducer Type question

Yes...I'm sorry but your invoice is correct...I meant PDT not PDRT. Moving on, do you see the temp sensor on the transom? If so, then your selection of the PDRT-WBL is the correct choice and your temp will be from the remote sensor.

Sorry for the confusion.

Re: Transducer Type question

Both of your 9's will auto recognize the LSS-2. On your shoot-thru look for the PD-WBL. If you have the correct xdcr and not the PDRT-WBL. PDRT has water temp and PD does not, so, units will now get water temp from LSS-2. If you do have PDRT-WBL you would need to pull the correct pin from the connec...

Not sure what the problem could be. I get some tide stations when my boat is in my shop stall, some 150 miles away from me. It may have something to do with the buoy transmission region.

No. The unit will automatically display tide info from the nearest tide station. You can however, select and display tide info from any of the tide stations listed in the menu at the top (tap the box where the current tide location is listed for the dropdown list).

What you have isn't what we refer to as a 'puck' style transducer. It is instead, a transom mount style mounted on your trolling motor. To use the same style and have both 2D and DownImaging views, you should get P/N 000-10976-001 and this fits the standard blue connector. This will give you choices...

You likely don't have much of a file to d/l since the internal memory of the HDS is very small. You should record sonar logs DIRECTLY to your SD card. Try uploading the file with the FREE Insight Genesis upload tool to the IG site.

It IS possible . The simple way for you to do this would be to connect both transducers to the HDS7 Gen3. The TotalScan would plug into the xSonic (9-pin) and the thru-hull into the 7-pin connector. Now, you could reselect transducers through the installation menu depending on your choice, or you ca...

Get yourself a handheld compass and check that area for ANY magnetic action. If you find some magnetic draw, try to pinpoint the source. You may need to reposition your Point-1 module to correct this.
