Irod genesis stone cold swim is an excellent lipless rod.

Also I like the Dobyns fury medium heavy cranking rod for small to medium divers. Pretty much the same rod but a little cheaper than the champion xp.

I would first move off he area and then come back but stay just in casting distance. Cycle baits and if you can’t get anything going move on and possibly come back again later.
