Re: need Dodge Truck owners input

I can't add anything to these comments on new 16-18 Dodges... But, I own a 2001 2500 Cummins 4x4 with 184k on it. I pull a 21ft 521VX no problem. Great gas mileage and tons of power. It's purely a tow rig for me so it should last another 300K easily. The gen1 Cummins are damn near bullet proof. Exce...

I have a Resivoir Shad 250 for sale. I added a light coat of dark blue paint, to give it a kokanee look. Only fished once, not fish on the bait. Asking $110 shipped, price is firm. Would do $90 for local pick up in Lodi CA. text me at 209-329-17NinetyEight for more info or pics. Thanks, Kenji https:...

SJ Striper report 3/20/18

We got into em pretty good last night. Launched at 330pm and fished the SJ side from BW all the way out to Antioch. We found fish at every stop. 20 fish to the boat, 20 more missed blowups, big fish went 8-12lbs. I had a shot at a legit 30lber, she missed the plug three times, then a smaller male st...

The 2017 fall striper run has been spotty at best. Waves of fresh fish move in every few weeks, we seem to locate them and get a few days of action, then they disappear. Don't skimp on equipment that will keep you dry and warm. Or, you may end up cold and wet and quitting early..

1-4oz baits like small S-wavers and 6-8in Hudds I use a Phenix M1 MH SB 8' rod. Light weight and soft enough tip once it breaks in.

Larger baits in the 4-10oz size like Mags, Deps and mag topwater plugs I'll use a Phenix UMBX Classix SB H 8' rod or a M1 inshore 7'11" H.
