I use www.sacdelta.com they have a last 24 hour wind, tide and water temp chart. The wind speeds are at the Rio Vista bridge and the Andtioch bridge.

They are all different. It depends what you are looking for? Do you want the best payback at the lake? (100% Bass) Or do you want the best TOC payout? (Anglers Choice) Or do you want the best exposure? (Won Bass) as you can see you need to do your homework to find the best for YOU.

Tough day on the Delta for most. The Rossetti's won it with 18.88 Dave Tencati (sp?) fishing alone was 2nd with 15+. High 13 for 3rd and a low 13 to get a check 7th. 33 boats.

I've had that happen on a couple of boats. Just spray WD40 in it and rock it back and forth to get it in as far as possible. You might have to let it sit over nighht before it will loosen. Then take the pipe wrench and start to work it. It should start to turn. Keep spraying the WD40 around the base...
