I took apart one from the early 80's and all that was holding it to the boat was two phillips screws on the outer cover and then when you get it off there is 3 or so phillip screws on the back that hold it together.

Call the court up and tell them you want to do a "trial by deceleration" then do some research online on how to beat the ticket. I beat a speeding ticket a few years back by doing this. I don't know if my argument had anything to do with it or the cop just didn't fill out the required pape...

According to the Modesto Bee the release has been delayed for now.
Seems kinda stupid to release a bunch of water right now and then have it dry up in a couple weeks. They should wait after a couple storms pass through and then release the water.

Pretty much what Mitch said except i'm not sure about the "fantastic" part but it can be pretty good. Best baits for me are jerkbaits, chartreuse spinnerbaits, jigs and plastics. I don't think I have ever caught a topwater fish out there. If you fish the trees make sure you get the bait up...

Their thin EWG hooks bend and break pretty easy. I haven't bought them in a couple years. The "Super Line" hooks are stout (do they still make those?).

I like Owners the best but I usually buy the best bang for the buck since most brands seem to be pretty sharp.
