Price wise I paid $190 including tax. All 3 blades were chewed up from hitting a submerged rock. The prop was polished and shipped back to me in a week. Just wanted to put in a good word for phils props. Sent out my yamaha stainless prop and got it back in less than a week. Looks like new. Put in on a test run Monday and didn't loose any speed either. Prices aren't bad either. Support those board sponsors. :D

I did the 510c because it was less money, didn't know the 520c without gps could network with another gps. With that said be carefull about trying to network as the cable do cost some dough. My boat didn't have the network and I know Ive spent $200+ with cables, t's, extentsions, and blue to red cab...

Its amazing what is happening everywhere in society. On the water we just get a close up taste of it between the wakeboarders, seadoos and not fisherman. Guess thats why i now carry a 357 mag on board along with my other gear. Never know when you might need it.

I have the 520 and the 27c both just installed. Go with the 27c, bigger screen and better definitly when viewing split screen for waypoints on the gps. By the way should only be about a $300 difference between the 520 and the 27c. Thats what it was for me.

Gotta agree when the conditions look right throw a frog. Today I was out throwing it here and there and caught6 fish over3#'s just remember if you miss the hook up fire out a senko. Musta got another7 that way today. Good luck

Hooks for lunker punker

I've caught so many fish on that punker that the feathers on the rear hook are gone. Anyone have suggestions of a feathered hook and size to use. I know what was on there was hand tied.
I never new that those 8inch bass would try and eat something as big as them :wink:

I would go with the Diawa Tierra, its about $115 bucks and has a great drag, smooth cast, and really helps on line twist. I like it as much as my Diawa Del sol spinning reels that cost $200.

You know I have bottom line(crappy) electronics and changing to lowrance 27 gps combo. I already put a 510 color on the bow. So the connections and transducer are not lowrance so I have to put that in.

I put a comfort troll in my '05 skeeter zx225. Best thing I've done. Makes a world of difference and gives you more stabiltiy on your feet. Great product and easy to install. Jig saw, several good blades just in case and measure, measure, measure, then cut.
