Re: Rod & Line suggestions for Frog Fishing...?
I agree about Bobby. Everytime I have fished with him it has been 7'6" heavy rods with 65#braid. I have never broken one off on that set up. Allthough I like the R2S frogs better than Bobbys(shhhhh..) Thats not a guy I would want to piss off. I am 6' & 200# and he intimadates me.

Re: Perscription sunglasses?
I agree with Mike. Maui Jims are great prescription sunglasses and have excellent polarization. They are expensive but I think well worth it. I tried solar bat and smith, both fell apart within a year. My Maui Jims turned out to run about $950 . WARNING: Dont leave them laying out the second day you...

Its not so much at finding water to fish as it is the line at the launch. I put in at orwood and the line can be unbelievable when your trying to pull your boat out and they are putting in. Allthough, them bikinis help pass the time. They are always climbing in and out of the boats before th...

I was crossing franks on Monday, well that is trying to and I could not believe the gusts and constant wind. I had waves rolling over my bow. One of the worst days I have had on the delta. I just got my boat back from Pro Fiberglass and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they fix the damage to my hull, they cleaned up a couple of nics in the gelcoat. Excellent job. I know this has been talked about before but I have to vent a little. I took my 2 boys out today for a fun day of fishing. I am looking to buy a couple new spinning reels and wondered what size, 1500, 2000, 2500 do you use. I mainly fish the delta, so I use 12# flourocarbon and want to use them for drop or bubba shot and shaking(dart heads). What size do you use and what brand. Is the size a "standard" between...

Orwood has power in the unit for chargers you just have to ask them to put it in for u. Also the units have light, securtiy alarms, and are behind a secure gate. For around $200 a month and you get unlimited launching included. I like it.
