Just got my March/April issue out of the mail box. Great issue, Gotta luv Deep Crankin! One problem, my mag looks like it has been hanging out in the mens room at the post office, all crumpled up.....probably how my missing FLW mag met its fate. :( Wish more magazines were sent in plastic wraping.

Yep, summer has hit "like a ton of Bricks" here on the central coast....Pismo Beach was 103 at 5pm on Thursday and Friday. Paso Robles 112 and feels like HELL.

I have found that if you contact that company or product, they are always willing to give out a patch or sticker for free advertising....I have done it with a dozen or so fishing company's.

If you watch the Bastmasters Falcon event that I have on my DVR, it shows one of the competitors "stuffing" an 8lb + fish in an already stuffed livewell....NO WAY thos fish were going to survive.....That is just sad....

It has been reported that Lopez will start something similar to Cachuma..But, From my experience at Margarita a couple of weeks ago, again, if your boat was "Clean &Dry" you were ok. I do know, that there were a few boats in that WON Teams event at Lopez that came from down south.....

They are, I have been through the inspection at Margarita, and it wasn't that bad. Just clean your boat and you should be good. The bite at Margarita is a bit slow...but they are in full blown Spawn mode.....Naci is going good on numbers but not size.....Lopez is about level with Margi right now, lots of spawners......

John, I never was saying that what you said was untrue. I have nothing but respect for you and what you do for our fishing community. I agree with you that it is bias for ANY rangers to single out anyone because of a zip code. I know of a few popular Pros in this area that have fished infected water...
