Boy that Pix. brought back some old times, When I was a Kid I had a Vespa Cruzair scooter with a ball hitch and a 12' sears plastic boat & a 7 1/2 hr sears aircooled motor. I'd go to the lake throw a pinkeyed hellbender out and troll all day.

Dave its Fishing,Poker,Golf. That way fishing is first and it can be on this forum. Fish 5:30AM till 5:30Pm, Poker 6:00PM till 5:30AM, then Golf 36 holes from 6:00AM till you drop. Winner is the one left standing.

Thats where things differ. Too me you can fish Tournments, Fish for fun or try to beat your PB. Sometimes catching a really big fish weather by intent or accident changes your out look on fishing. Big is fun but not if I have to miss 10 2s to catch 1 8lber. I just love to fish.

I seem to remember something about the stages a fisherman goes thru, I think I'm at the stage where I like being on the water catching some fish & maybe being able to pass fishing on to others. I dont like 2 bite days but I can live with catching 1 1/2 lbers.

Dave I have a couple of gas powered welders sitting around the yard. If you think you can do it yourself. stop by and get one. They are basic stick type very easy to use.

I dont use a black light when a reg . 50 watt , 12volt white

light does better. I hook it to a 15' painter pole stick it in the air and fish. I guess the fish think its the moon, allows me to see into my livewell weight fish, and fish like it was daytime. Doesnt seem to spook the fish either.

you may be right, Optimas may be the best battery around. And when you guys have used them as long as I have used Trojans, I may change, but right now I run an EFI. Trojan batteries are great , a lot of weight but they hold up and dont cost an arm & leg. I'll put them up against any of the others.

I use all 4

Mono [ Big Game ] for spinner baits, top water, cranks. Floro for jigs, Dropshot, worms, senkos. Braid for frogs, some jigs & some top water on the delta.And Izore line hybred for swimbaits.

Fish, First ask your dealer if your trailer bunks are placed correctly. On most trailers they follow the curve of the boat and help hold the boat centered.
