I would love to see this but I have a feeling that it's a pipe dream. Those guys would complain till they were blue in the face if they had to do the driving that we have. However, the fishing would be well worth it. Plus those Eastern and Southern guys think that CA is all about the drop shot. If I...

You can buy a small castle for what an average house costs in the West.

What is Respect?

This response is exactly what leads to issues on the water. Everyone has their own views as to who has the right to the water. At the end of the day we all have to learn to get a long out on the water without getting into these debates, which tend to take away from why we all are out there-to catch ...

Boy tournaments should read this post out loud before each event. How about the guy who cuts you off on a bank (maybe to get to a point or something) then gets mad because you are working down the bank toward them. There are a lot of things going on out on the water that never makes it on TV or print.

No one is doing 70 in anything over 3 footers. However, having experience and a bigger boat is the difference between scoping them and staying on top of them. Either way you have to give yourself plenty of time and practice to master handling the big stuff.

A bigger boat does make it easier.

15 pounds won

It took over 15 pounds to win. 13 pounds for second and 7.49 to get the last check. There were 110 boats and they paid 27 spots. I'm not sure who won but I believe that Craige Mccoy and John Morrow finished second. Tom M had around 9.5.

It got super windy around 11:30 and I saw some 5-7 footers.
