Modesto Castmasters Uses This Method......

During the October meeting, names of all bodies of water visited that year are put into the hat. (Last years' TOC site is removed - no TOC's on same water two years in a row). The name of the body of water is pulled from the hat by a non-member who keeps the location secret until the thursday night ...

are powered by the tow vehicle system. The brake control senses when the vehicle brake lights come on which triggers the trailer brakes to engage. I'm in a quandry about charging/recharging of deep cycle. I recently needed to replace all 3 D/C batt.s in the Ranger. They lasted only 20 months. When I asked others about their experience with lifespan of troller batt.s I got answers from 15 months to 4 years. Wassup' w/ that? One retail mgr. told...

Lots of good responses to the question. I knew about the sinker and line release system, but I was not in my own boat. The "stress" information was most helpful and the theory about the fish having just come up from deep to feed also makes sense. What did I do with the fish? Left Pedro (Bl...

GOOD FISH DIES AFTER HARD FIGHT - WHY IS THAT?

Fished Pedro a few nights ago and had the good fortune to hook and land a 6-7 lb. class L/M. This fish launched on the hook-set, at least 5 feet out of the water. It fought hard all the way in. We netted her, weighed her and back into the lake. Perhaps 1.5 minutes out of the water. On her side immed...

Thanks, Len for some Good Info.......However...........

Every list of lakes that I have seen regarding Fishing Hot Spots does not include many of the waters I frequent, i.e. Don Pedro, McClure, Tulloch, New Hogan, etc. Has something change in that regard?

I was hoping for a lead on a chip that was more inclusive. RK

Last time out of Tulloch (South Shore) was $6 - weekday.

Hogan is $4.

I believe that Don Pedro is now $12.

McClure is, indeed, $12.
