Over the years ive used a few batteries, car truck camper boat. Its always the same old thing. Buy a 5 year battery goes bad in 3. Take it back gets pro rated = new battery plus more money stuck with the same thing. Then you don't check the water now its your falt. My vote goes to Optima. Spent $850...

BPS Manteca had them on sale a few weeks ago. Look around. If you follow the link above at the bottom it has the info on the blue tops. The 27 and the 31 are close in size, But the 31 is higher and it is 60#. I have a 92 Ranger and thay fit right in my trays.

Costco doesn't carry the blue top, only the red or yellow. I just put 3 blue top in my Ranger and you do get what you pay for, BPS has them for $219 D31M are the ones you need. No water and faster charge time.

The GPS module not responding error is specific to units that are not recognizing the GPS module. Make sure that the NMEA 2000 power is hooked up. Just replaced my starting battery with the 31m, will do the other two when the time comes. It fit in my tray just fine 92 Ranger. $249 You can get $20 back from optima for up to three batterys check the web site.
