try completely plugging all the holes in the prop...then experiment with 2 closed, 1 open...etc.... That should do it. 19 foot 200 hp 25 plus good psi rpms That all looks good. Only one thing left, and thats the plugs in the prop. :) http://bbcboards.zeroforum.com/zeroforum?id=14

I just sold a 77 supersport 16' the top cap and floor are one piece. I would bet you would have to take the cap off or cut a hole in the floor. If it were me I would cut out a part of the floor and then glass it back when I was finished. Good luck.
