Browns Ravine is closed, the only ramp i know of is the Granite Bay low water ramp. Lake is at 180 not a lot of options. Berryessa or the Delta would be other viable options.

Markley is still open at the low water ramp. I haven't been up there recently, typically they open at 6am; but I would always suggest calling ahead to see what time they open. They are still rebuilding from the Fire and could use all of the support they can get. (yes i am biased)
