Re: Bidwell Ramp Conditions?

As might be expected on a sunny, 70+ degree Sunday in January, it was mobbed yesterday. The level 3 parking lot was full, the gravel area off to the side was full and the level 2 parking lot was 2/3-3/4 full. We took the grandkids out for a cruise on the lake arriving about 11:30 and pulling out jus...

Re: Dead Fish at Don Pedro

People just need to take better care of the fish they put in their livewell no matter what time of year it is. In our reservoirs fish start going deep in the fall and there are deep fish to catch into February, then comes spring and the spawn, then summer so almost every season poses some threat to ...

All you pay through DMV or Auto Club is the sales tax and Regsitration fee. You will hear from your county tax assessor about the Personal Property tax. If your county is like ours, they don't care what the bill of sale might say. They will base the value on NADA or Kelly Blue Book. You can appeal t...

You will need an Ultrex with Ipilot Link and a Humminbird graph that is network capable like the Solix or Helix, not sure about the new model. You will also need a Lakemaster map card. I am using a Helix G3N, The interface is a little cumbersome, but now that I know how it works, it is not difficult...
