Solar Eclipse Effect on Fish
Hi Gents,
Next month there is a Solar Eclipse and I was wondering what your experience is when fishing during a reduction in visibility during a Solar Eclipse.

Re: Keeping Bass Alive - Livewell Care
Great read and reminder BDBR - when I had my boat I kept H2O2 in my boat in the summer time and night tournaments. I found two cap fulls on each side of my livewell was great for invigorating fish and not overly saturating. DFW is promoting that cooler water is recommended in the summer that is pull...

sorry to hear about the wifey. I remember when you first moved out to Casitas, I was jealous being on such a great fishery. You just missed an epic glide bait, swimbait, reaction bite at Clear Lake as of two weeks ago it seems most of the grass just vanished in a 6 day span and the hitch were starti...
Re: Tuned
Time for a recalibration bud, get on another body of water that you can tune into. it sounds like Casitas is in a major slump or your losing your hearing and eye sight, which I understand happens with fellas your age

The desalinization is constantly blocked for environmental reasons - plus that doesn't pay the right people who own the aquifers or want access to the water. You're silly to think of logical sound solutions....follow the money

Literally any reel repair place. You can drop it off at fishermans warehouse and they'll send it in to have it repaired. usually takes a few weeks. Just drop it off a few hundred miles away from where you live, and they will send it to 265 miles away to Dawia in Cypress  Rippa lives on Casitas...

Hey bud the grass is gone either through spraying, heat or most likely both and that bite is quickly set into the sunset - it was a fun time while it lasted though. The 8" Pistol Pete by G-Ratt baits is a nice glide, as well as the IMA Glide Fluke -lots of options out there having a 5" and...

I would think on larger bodies of water or on the Main Lake the PH doesn't change dramatically. I could see it bouncing in shallow water in the back of the coves.
