some of my buddies say that the revo is a awesome reel.Alot of my friends are switching over to the revo as compared to the $200 dollar curado.I think I'll do the same.I never understood why shimano took something that wasn't broke and tryed to fix it.I miss the ole green curado's.

ya i think thats why my battery got hot because it wouldn't fully charge and the charger just kept trying to charge it.I'll replace the battery and go from there.thanks

my situation is a little different.The guys i fish with except for one all have boats.What we do is take turns using our boats.When your not using your boat then you get the gate fee and pay for the drinks,snacks,etc....it all works out pretty good.As for my non-boat owner buddy,He usually pays for ...

I've read how everbody's boat is the best.Champion,legend,basscat,ranger,skeeter.I owned a champion and now own a stratos and of course I'm going to tell you that stratos is the best.But it kinda looks like we've just about covered all of the manufactuers.Pick the boat that is set up for your prefer...

well i've tried vanish and the only thing that vanished was the fish because my line would break everytime.one trip with that stuff was enough for me.I now use cuda line,cheap and very strong.

I prefer the good ole hopkins 3/4 oz spoon in chrome or gold.I second the fact that you have to pay attention to your fish finder.Just fish with what you normally fish with and if you see a ball of bait,grab your spooning setup and drop it down.

the tires on the rear axle of my tandem axle trailer are wearing real bad on the outside.does anybody else have this problem?I have the torsion axle trailer under my stratos.Any help on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance

I recentally purchased a 1999 201 pro stratos,with a 225 evinrude.I've tried a 26 pitch raker and it don't seem to hook up.The prop i'm trying now is a 27 pitch renegade and its in kinda rough shape.I'm not getting good lift with either of them.eventually i plan to buy a jacking plate and a new prop...

something else to think about is the fact that by the time the females reach that size,their best spawning years are past them.Also believe it or not guys fish eventually die it's just a matter of time.over population will stunt growth.I've seen huge fish dead and floating out on the delta.Now maybe...

my worming and jigging and dropshot set-ups are high end set-ups,but my blade,crank,topwater,and other reaction type set-ups are just clarus rods with curado's.I don't feel a person needs to go overboard with the reaction set-ups as long as it has the right action,but hey if you got it then spend it.

the 6'-8" shimano crucial rod with medium action is a sweet setup.I've got mine rigged up with a shimano symetre reel.It's a very light and sensitive setup.the reel runs about eighty bucks and the rod runs about 129.00.
