Re: Bass Fishing in Mexico, where and when?
I,ve been to El Salto & Comendero, both with Ron Speeds outfit out of Texas, Also to Brazil with them. All trips were in Jan. I enjoyed all of my trips & like the people with Ron Speed. I try to do 1 trip per year, always in Jan. and unless they really screw up. They will always be with them....

Re: SHIMANO CHRONARCH 50 MG
Very nice reel, very light, acts like a curado, just a whole lot lighter.I use them because with heavier reels & rods my hands tingle & fall asleep so for me lighter is better.

Re: Big Fish in tournaments
Fishing out the back seat of your own boat is the best way to go. I take a friend fishing, stick him with the front but have all my tackle & rods and dont have to run the trolling motor

Re: Big Fish in tournaments
Most of my Big Fish have come from the back of the boat. In tournaments I have gotten big fish money on fish up to 12.49lbs. all from the back seat. For the last few years, My Bass Fed. prefish partner has been Rick Hoover, It got so bad he just expected me to have big fish of the day, I think we we...

I remember the sign but with the running, pushups, situps, and a trip thru the bars. I was lucky if I could keep any of it down.

not knocking you or your post just asking. I've been on both
sides of this post, sometimes if asked I give up water, sometimes if pushed I do not. Most of the time its what happens at the time, on the water that determines if I do or dont. I dont think with the number of tournaments in calif. a person can dodge all of them and still be able to fish on weekend...

Tony I agree with paragraphs 1-3 But 4 has me
wondering. Are Tournament anglers more important than reg. anglers? Does a guy that just finished an 80hr. week have less desire to catch fish than a tournament angler? Should a father that has just pulled up on a point, take his kids and move to less productive water, he really doesnt need to catch...

What you did works for me unless
your tire rubs fender, then tie up axle with out wheel & put piece of wood or anythig off side of road above spring hanger on axle with tire on it. after that I would'nt have even slowed down 55 all the way home.

Cingular seems to lack something
I have AT&T now Cingular. I dont seem to have service in as many places as I used to. I dont know if they allowed leases to laspe on towers or what , but it is just not the same. Once I get something that works I like to stay with it. But AT&T / Cingular no longer seems to work.

Sieg I know youre right, I just like the way the fed is run.
If it were to become the FLW Fed, It would not bother me. I like the people running it & the people Ive met fishing it .I dont care much about whats above it.
