Same old thing. A guy gets on here who didnt even fish the tournament and opens his mouth because hes friends with Billy. Get a clue. That payout sucks, no matter whos running it. Only one spot was paid out for big bass and im certain more than six teams entered the options.

Not true. WON has only drawn 60+ boats on 4 occasions at DVL. Do your homework.

Pyramid lake now has quagga inspections and over 40 boats showed up at the last tournament and it was also 23 degrees when we arrived. Im just saying..........

VMC and gamakatsu have hooks just like this with the swivel that premiered at icast. Tacklewarehouse has video on them. Pretty cool concept to avoid line twist. Thanks for sharing.

Just a heads up for the guys planning to fish this event, pyramid has started to check boats. So make sure you are clean and dry. I heard that they are being extremly strict with the boat checks.

If I need a pair of sunglasses ,new watch or anything else I would prefer shop for , pick the size , brand , or even the color myself and if need be pay for it with the money I save from the comps. Fed ex didnt offer insurance but I got signature verification upon arrival. Plus if you package it very well in a pvc pipe those things are undesructable. I have never had a problem shipping rods this way.

When I travel to Alabama. I ship my rods out Fed-Ex a week or two before to where im gonna be staying that way I dont have to travel with them. Its a pain in the ***. Plus if your flying your gonna be charged extra for them anyways. I ship about 5-6 rods in a pvc pipe and it cost me about 38 dollars...
