Navionics Update / Download Questions

I purchased a Navionics Platinum + card in June for an Elite 7ti that was installed on my new boat. I only fish in CA, but I was told that the card I've bought in years past for my old units that stated WEST were no longer an option. This past weekend I installed a Hook 5 to use as a stand alone Cha...

Lake Berryessa Questions

I am meeting a couple guys from over on the BBC (Bass Boat Central) Forum up at Berryessa on the 7th. I heard there was going to be a CTT tournament up there, but was also told it probably wouldn't be a huge field and that it shouldn't really crowd the lake to bad. We will be launching at the Putah ...

Not trying to hijack this thread, just have a couple Berryessa questions for you folks. A few guys from over on the BBC site http://www.bassboatcentral.com are meeting up at Berryessa on Saturday 7th. We are suppose to launch at Puta Creek / Chaparral Cove? Anybody know if this launch is good to go?...

Elite TI Question's

I currently have a Elite 7ti with Total Scan mounted in my dash, and I love it. I was thinking of adding another, a 5ti or 7ti on a RAM mount for GPS only. Question is, do I have to connect a transducer if I am only using it for GPS? I know it has an internal antenna, but I also know sometimes elect...
