Re: Need opinion On a boat

Looks like there is a pretty sweet '97 Ranger in the classifieds right now, if you haven't already made a purchase. Good luck, I hate to beat a dead horse, but the best bass boat around is usualy your own. Be happy with whatever you get and consider yourself lucky.

Re: Bimini Tops for Bass Boats

If your in the Central Valley, check with Modesto Tent and Awning. They do an AWESOME!!!! job. If you give them a call ask for Dan and tell him Kelly sent you. He will be able to get you in touch with the right department.

Re: Bass Pro out west?

I have ordered my fair share of equipment, tackle, etc. from BPS. But there is nothing like supporting the local guys that support you throughout the year. We have some GREAT local shops that need and deserve our support. I know that some of us have had problems or have different reasons for shoppin...

Re: Question for the audience

It's the drivers fault for not properly controling his vehicle. Unfortunately this is just one more example of how some idiot has an out. If you are going to exit your vehicle, then you better be watching what you are doing. I do have to say that this does not, or would not suprise me. I was out on ...

Re: DROP SHOT

I would say my favorites have to be the 4" and 6" Keeper straight tail worms. I have been using them since I started bass fishing back in highschool about 15 years ago. I have been beat many times, but then again I have done pretty good at times as well. I try and stick to 4 or 5 basic col...

Re: P-LINE

I have used 12lb. CXX and 8lb. and 12lb. Floroclear for the last couple of years without any problems, and I Love it. Then again there other members in the bass club I belong to that think it is crap. To each his own, I would say its just like anything else. If you do not have cofidence in it, do no...

Re: Sonoma hotels?

A majority of our club members stay at the L&M Motel in Healdsburg when we have our yearly Sonoma outing. The guy that runs it "Cory" usually takes good care of bass clubs and they have plenty of room for your boats.

33rd Annual Night Team Classic

Just a reminder that the Modesto Am-Bass-Adors 33rd Annual Night Team Classic will be held June 4th - June 5th at the Fleming Meadows Recreation Area on lake Don Pedro. Not only is this one of the longest running and largest Night Team Tournaments around, we typically have one of the largest raffles...

Re: Wiley-X Sunglasses question

I have a pair that I purchased for riding my motorcycle. They are awesome, I am sure that the polarized ones would work great for sight fishing. Good luck
