Looking for a pro to sign with for WON Pro-am at Clear lake in June. I'll have my truck and boat up there pre-fishing and have my own lodging or we can discuss otherwise. Will split fuel and I'm a cool, easy going guy to fish with. WON has my name on the AM list already. Call my cell or respond here...

I use it and do well, but they do have a time and place. It's not magic. Just to play devil's advocate, So Quinn knows for sure, by looking at one sore on a fish, that it is caused by an Alabama rig? So all the sores and irregularities I've seen on bass over the years were caused by the Alabama rig ...

See your all there bright and early! This is a GREAT event and the kids love it! I've been lucky enough to be a part of it for the last couple of years and it really runs well and gives these kids a chance to be out on the water, an opportunity which they may rarely have or never have at all.

You can do it yourself, with the help of another guy to steady the motor. My Ranger didn't need longer bolts but check it out to see. Like biteme said, get Grade8 bolts. And marine grade silicone as a gasket and around/through the hole. I did it myself and with the help of my girlfriend(pretty much ...

Hello, I recently went from an LMS 480 in the dash of my 2005 Ranger w/225 Verado(not sure if motor matters for issue). My LMS went out, GPS quit, so I went with a Gen2 HDS5, using my existing trandsucer. It seemed to work fine except when I turn on the big motor or use the trolling motor I get inte...

That's a paint roller handle, I've got several. Exact same design even. Funny! Good idea though! They will still loosen up, especially when nettin' decent fish. I like the accessories!

Chris, thank you for your input. With that, punching does vary from one(person) to the next on technique. I haven't heard of any ramps that you shouldn't launch out from during low tides. I'm pretty sure they have that in mind when they build(built) the ramps. Now with that said, I'm sure that some have a moderate amount of difficulty with regard to launching during certain tides. Whiskey slough is very...

Yes, down south is VERY dangerous! Some sand bars move and look out for that "forked" log just under the surface past a bridge. Better go out with someone who knows the water, or launch from rivers end and go north. In all seriousness, proceed with caution and always be safe down there! Go...
