Same issues here. Now my account is so screwed up I can't return as a registered user because when I re registered something went askew and it won't let me use the new or old information. They gave three options in an e-mail and I've yet to pick an option and try it. I think I'll just go fishing.......

That was a creme worm. We used to sell them in our tackle shop back in 1973 at Clear Lake. The Iovino worm is as close to the R & R Stroker from the 80's as you can buy now. Robin and Ray Tackett got me my first aoy trophy and those worms are still in my boat :shock: . It's true I still fish one...

I used a drift sock off the back and a remote controlled power driven T.M. Upfront. I could drive from anywhere in the boat. I always wished I had a motor on the back but it was doable... :D

Wrknap....I live in Ojai. I am retiring very soon...No need to sell the boat. I have passed every time but I don't have more than 3 miles to take my Champion to the front gate. I always have some water some where in the stringers and pockets and nooks and crannies in the boat. That is the hard part....

101 on a skinny bear jig. I out fished my entire club in a January tournament at Lopez. I went to paca chunks but they have to much action for the cold water of winter so after 65 degrees they are back in the line up.

I'm with you BigWorm...I wear fingertipless ( Is that even a word?? ) wool gloves that go up past your palm to your knuckle so I can feel my line and have a zippo rechargeable electric hand warmer going in my pocket for instant relief....OH YEAH BABY.... it takes away the sting from palming my reel....

Lake is up to 34%. I think it was below 30 before the skies opened up. I've had 12 1/2 inches at my house in the last two weeks. It's going to frick'n snow on the beaches in a few days :lol:

Some. We had 5 .6 inches last week and another 5 + today so we have the ball rolling. The creeks and river are running and water is being diverted in. It won't be anything like what Cachuma will do but we are primed very well for some good runoff as this continues. Keep your fingers crossed.

For me down here on SoCal reservoirs I go to areas that are not vertical in nature but have only a slight incline. More or less the flats. The farther inland a foot of water goes as opposed to shear. This is just me but I decided back in the 80's that there are just some fish that are always shallow...

Go to the edge rod website click on bass rods. Mine is a Black Widow. So it's a 6100-1. It's normally 450 I got mine on sale 6 weeks ago at 10% off at 340 shipped. 77 is the year we sold our resort in Glenhaven. It was bad for the resorts up the channel that were high and dry and our little ramp was dry too... and we were on the main lake!
