I drop a white colored bait down and estimate it’s visibility in feet as it’s lowered. This could differ from other colored objects in the same area but I use white as a baseline for water clarity.

Now that the State Water Project succeeded to decimate and made the Delta Smelt extinct with their pumping the water out of the Delta, pump away! Don't know of mechanics in your area but if you work on your own engine, did you check the reeds and air compressor?

Do they have jurisdiction to do this? Seems they over stepped and a court injunction can be filed or file a suit to allow the permit to proceed by court order. Use the process to get the permit!

It would be interesting (and worthwhile) to see if each fish was administered a fizzing before or after weighing them at the station that they would survive post-release. Would have to put in place a sharps protocol to prevent injury to both the fish and the person handling the fish. Or will that be...

Those 34’s are smaller batteries and I’d at least put 27’s in there for the trollers....

Make sure you get marine grade batteries and not the auto.

We are far left, as in too progressive.... So they want no part of it. The logistics complaint is BS. I say they look into a rail service to transport the league's rigs to the west and they can travel the area for their competition versus them driving themselves individually out here.
