I was thinking about staying at the state park campground for the Elite Series, do you all think that it is to far to travel in the morning.
Any suggestions??????
If there are any other people fishing this event and want to share room costs, let me know.

I was fishing Folsom Lake earlier this week and I saw 2 Bald Eagles Flying. Has anyone else seen any eagle's in the area. I found it to be pretty damn cool. Maybe the bird is finally making a come back.

I was just wondering which river arms warm up faster, ie South, North, etc.
Also if one arm is warmer than the other would there be a better chance of catching fish in the warmer arm?

I had the same problem that Skeeter was talking about. I bought a cranking battery for my boat and forgot to charge it one month and it went dead and I could re-charge it. In my opinion they are completley over-rated.
Just my thoughts.

I raced for many years, Bryan Ruest, Mike King, Matt Hadan, Steve Veltman, Mark Perez and yes Cheri Elliott (probably the fastest girl on the planet back then). Never had the factory ride, but did make a lot of main events in the expert class. Placed 4th one year, the only privateer in the bunch.

If you have the 1099's that are stating income, then the receipts will offset as you already know. I am not sure about red flags to be audited, but if you have all your ducks in a row already then there should be no worries. Don't give the tax man any more money than he already has. I for one am against anyone paying my way to fish a tournament. If you want to fish a tournament then fish, don't be extorting the pro's just so you can fish. How would all the co-anglers feel if they just did away with the whole co-angler idea and simply had observers "referees" that were...
