Any word on capell cove launch following recent rains?

Lake has come up a couple feet only so far it will rise another foot or so with run off! So capell is not open as of now!

Capell Public Launch Ramp Re-opening Date
The Bureau of Reclamation, based on the latest rainfall projections and rising lake level, anticipates re-opening the Capell launch ramp around March 18th.
For boater safety they would like to see the lake level at or above 407 feet (33 feet below Glory Hole). The lake is now at 404.28 feet.

I talked to the main Bureau guy today he said they are planning to open ramp up sometime friday! The maintenance crews were working on the ramp and dock this AM.
