Konocti Vista Casino RV Sites?

Post by toddmc »

Are the Konocti Vista Casino RV sites a paved, convenient, and safe option? I've stayed at the Edgewater Resort and it's okay, but I get tired of the dirt. I'm going to be sleeping in the back of my truck when I head up to Clearlake in early August. I want to keep my boat attached to my truck and remove my boat from the water each day. Thanks and don't hesitate to suggest other camping sites, or reasonably priced and safe motels.

Yes. It is all blacktop. There are restrooms/showers very close by. It is very safe and you will have nothing to worry about. The RV park is about a 5 minute walk to the ramp/docks. You can leave your boat in the water at the docks for free if you wish. They have power at the docks.

I have stayed there many times.

Yes they are all paved and as stated there are bathrooms, showers and I believe laundry facilities at the south west end of the parking lot. I've stayed there several times and have yet to have a problem, sewer hook ups water cable tv all have worked well every time I've been there. I'm not sure how much they will charge for staying in the back of your truck. Easy walk to the store, casino, restaurant (if you want to eat there), and a short drive into Lakeport.
