Guides on the Delta for my wife and I

My wife told me last Christmas she would take me out for a day of fishing. She was thinking deep sea. I didn't think she would have fun floating out in the ocean with bait sitting on the bottom. So I thought about flyfishing trip but thought that might be much for her to learn in one day and enjoy it. So then I thought why not get a guide and head out on the delta. So I am looking for recommendations from you guys from guides you have used and enjoyed. I am not looking for someone to set me up for a tournament or anything like that. Just really want someone to help us be in the right areas during the right tides etc for a better chance for my wife to catch fish and enjoy the day on the water you know. If they taught me a thing or two about all the things I do wrong thats a bonus LOL. Thanks in advance for you help.

I have recommended Cooch. He's a great guy and a great fisherman.
