As a fisherman it's easy to be upset about what has recently transpired at Clearlake. As a guide, my livelihood is on hold and there is nothing I can do about it. But as a person, this is heartbreaking! Lakeport is in the midst of a real emergency as people lose everything in these storms. A few weeks with no income hurts but it doesn't hold a candle to any of this. Pictures don't do any justice to the waves breaking and the current running through these houses. I can't imagine what these people are going through!

This is terrible. With all the Oroville issues. I had no idea Clear Lake was this high and in this bad of shape. This totally sucks for Clear Lake residents. I imagine they're having issue in Keys as well. I know the wind is hurting Lakeport. Totally sucks. We need water so bad for years and then we get blasted with FAR too much and we can't handle it.

The water is so high in the south Delta we could look over the levees at low tide today, and the rain started coming down heavily again around noon.

Damn, that's sad, hopefully everyone can get to a safe / dry place.
