Delta Swim Jigs
Delta Swim Jigs
looking to add these to my arsenal this year. I have a bunch of Strike King and Dirty Jigs but was wondering what are some of the better colors/patterns on the Delta? bluegill? red?

I like the dirty jig finesse as it has less skirts strands. I take a twin tail Yammamoto grub in green pumpkin, purple/gold flek and dip 1/8-1/4 inch of the tails into chartreuse spike it. Flip it, swim it, they eat it!
Re: Delta Swim Jigs
It all depends on the time of year and water color.
Fall I throw a shad color, spring is bluegill / crappie and summer a gold shiner color.
Trailers vary depending upon the water color and size.
