92 Mercury 200 Xri outboard parts motor

Like the title says. Bad cylinder but complete. Boxes of extra parts, lower unit is good just needs paint. $250 (picture with motor hung on boat is not the lower unit it comes with)

We're is it located what all comes with it does it have ecu is the motor complete

Motor is complete but is carbuerated.
