This fall I started relying more on deep jerkbaits once the water got colder and plan to continue to explore them next year. Typically I use the standard 110 or 120 size jerkbaits that get down to 5 or 6 feet, but the deeper versions really produced well this year for me. What are some of your favorite deeper diving jerkbaits?
This bait dives down to 11 feet and can get even deeper with lighter line.
I just got some of the new ima Deep Fry baits that are more of a cross between a jerkbait and crankbait. They are meant to be fished with more of a crank retrieve to get them down and then a pull retrieve to get them moving.
It has a really big bill and the package says it will get down 12-15 feet which really opens up a new depth range for this type of bait.

We used to call those baits spoonbills.

The old Rebel Spoonbills are great baits. Wrap some solder on the hooks, get down & stay there. Pull them rather than jerk, great cold water bait

Believe Rebel had a video showing how to use these things that came with them? I'm old, memory not that great
