Telescopic spinning flip rod

Does anyone make a spinning flip/pitch rod? 7 1/2’ telescopic heavy power, fast action, with spinning handle and guides. I remember seeing them years ago at one of the expos, think Lami made them back then. Not sure if I have to custom build what Im looking for or if theres a manufacturer that produces them. Thanks
