Is the Capell Cove launch ramp open?? I read somewhere that is was closing to repave the lot.

I'm following this. I swear, the timing was awful for this construction. Or it's really good for the other marina's and launches who charge 20-30 bucks to launch.

Anyone put in at Capell today? Just wondering what kind of improvements or repairs they made. I know they were working on the parking lot. Did they do anything with the ramp? Are there more or less parking spots now? Thanks!
