Oroville conditions

Anyone been to Oroville recently? Trying to get a feel for the launching situation at Bidwell. Still in the dirt or have the recent storms raised it enough to get the concrete in the water?

All ramps are open with the exception of the spillway obviously. Lakes is over 800ft. Less than 100ft down.
