The official countdown to the 3rd annual Bass Pro Shops Open begins today, as in less than one week, teams will stand ready to claim a championship title that represents the world’s largest outdoor retailer, as well as the keys to a Bass Pro Shops 40th Year Anniversary – Limited Edition Bass Tracker that is surely destined to become a collector’s item.

And if you can’t fish the event but want to get in on the fun, come on out Sunday May 20th and enjoy the Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World EXPO - presented by Angler's Press Outdoors, which starts at 11am and ends when the top-ten finalists arrive at Bass Pro Shops - Rocklin store for an exciting “drive-by” weigh-in!
All vendor space is sold out for this EXPO as over 40 outdoor vendors will be on hand Sunday starting at 11am to display and showcase product, provide demos and samples, and host hourly FREE raffles.
In addition, this year’s EXPO will again feature the ever-popular and FREE KID’s Fun Zone, hosted by Nick Smith of “The Informative Fisherman” that will feature a catch-and-release fishing pond, tackle giveaways, kid’s casting competition for rods/reels, raffle for a mini-bike, and much more!
It’s not too late to get into the event as we still have some slots left, so now is your chance to participate in an exciting, low-cost, high-profile event - that for many is close to home!
